Access administrator and Resource Support

Westinghouse is looking for an Access Administrator who will help support our ELA OMS operations and project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment at the forefront of nuclear industry services.

About the Role

You will provide both administrative and site-related resource support within national and international projects.

The Access Administrator contributes to the development and application of Access procedures and in processing individuals looking for unescorted access to nuclear power plants worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Improve access procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and site requirements.

· Prepare and maintain access documentation for all personnel, including background checks and screenings.

· Coordinate with customer access and security departments and authorities.

· Handle document management: register, track, and issue required certificates and documentation.

· Plan and manage training programs to meet legal and site-specific requirements.

· Ensure valid health and fitness-for-work certificates for all resources.

· Support project execution at nuclear sites through documentation, coordination, and logistical assistance.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
