We are looking for SIOP Demand Planner to join our team at Bobcat.

As a SIOP Demand Planner at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in connecting commercial insights, finance, and supply chain planning to support accurate forecasts and strong business decisions. You will help drive the monthly SIOP process and contribute directly to forecast quality, business alignment, and operational performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Builds and maintains demand forecasts across different planning horizons and levels of aggregation
• Prepares clear reports, analyses, and presentations to support the monthly SIOP process
• Works closely with commercial, finance, supply planning, and other stakeholders to gather the right input and align on the demand outlook
• Reviews historical trends, identifies key demand drivers, and evaluates forecast results to support better decision-making
• Helps facilitate monthly demand planning meetings and ensures follow-up on agreed actions
• Contributes to continuous improvement in demand planning processes and forecast accuracy

• Advanced Excel skills are a must
• Comfortable preparing reports and working with large datasets
• Good communication skills and confidence in cross-functional collaboration
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage recurring monthly deadlines
