Position Type: Full TimeWe are seeking a highly organized, detail driven SIOP Coordinator to support our rapidly growing Industrial Filtration business unit. We rely on a disciplined SIOP process to ensure we build the right filter, for the right customer, at the right time.
This role is responsible for orchestrating all steps of the SIOP cycle and will play a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency: aligning sales forecasts, order requirements, production schedule, production capacity, purchasing needs, and distribution timing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, R&D, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
SIOP & Order Management
- Ensure all steps of the SIOP process occur in sequence, from demand review through production scheduling and fulfillment
- Communicate proactively with Sales, Customer Service, and R&D regarding order requirements, changes, priorities, and customer expectations
- Track each customer order from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy of specifications, components, and timelines
- Review production requirements daily to determine what needs to be slotted, released, or escalated to meet customer delivery dates
- Review raw material purchase requirements to determine what needs to be purchased, or expedited to meet customer delivery dates
- Identify and communicate risks related to raw materials, components, or production constraints
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Develop, maintain, and report operational KPIs that measure performance, efficiency, and service levels
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement process improvements across order management, planning, and logistics workflows
Cross Functional Project Support
- Support New Product Development projects to ensure operational readiness and timely completion
- Assist with part number creation, sample reviews, and component validation for customer specific filtration products
- Provide input and forecasting for custom filtration quotes, helping to anticipate resource bottlenecks and ensuring
- Other duties as appropriate for the position
QualificationsExperience, Skills & Education:
- College degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing multiple orders and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, able to work with stakeholders up, down and across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights for business teams to take action on
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred
- Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning
- Familiarity with data analytics tools or ERP/MRP systems
Other Important Information:
- This is an onsite position in Grand Prairie, TX
- Standard office hours are expected, working in an office and on the production floor
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support project and business needs
