We are looking for a SingNet Engineer to support the provisioning, implementation, and operational delivery of enterprise IP and managed network services. In this role, you will work closely with customers, project teams, field engineers, and regional stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment, testing, and activation of network services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Make an Impact by:

1. Network Provisioning & Service Implementation

  • Provision, configure, test, and activate enterprise IP and managed network services in collaboration with customers and field engineering teams.
  • Perform technical validation of customer service orders to ensure implementation readiness and service quality.
  • Support the deployment of services including IPVPN, Ethernet, Metro Ethernet, Cloud, Managed Services, and other enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Ensure implementation activities are completed accurately and within agreed delivery timelines.

2. Technical Support & Service Delivery

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Project Management, and In-Country Field Engineering teams during service implementation.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and fault isolation during service activation to minimise delays and ensure successful service turn-up.
  • Proactively identify technical issues that may impact service quality or delivery schedules and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalate and follow through on complex technical issues while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with regional teams, overseas partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless customer implementations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of new network products and services.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical training to support successful product rollouts and operational excellence.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and customer experience.

Skills for Success

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in network engineering, telecommunications, or enterprise network operations.
  • Professional networking knowledge with certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA, or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Good understanding of IP networking concepts and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

It'll be great if you also have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise network services such as IPVPN, Ethernet, Metro Ethernet, Cloud, or Managed Services
  • Exposure to customer-facing technical support or service delivery environments.
  • Experience working with regional or multinational teams across different time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with new product implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), or technical training.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and contribute to continuous service improvement.
