Job Location: First Internet Bank of Indiana Fishers - Fishers, IN 46038About the Position:
As the STL Financing Credit Analyst, you will work closely with the VP, CRE Portfolio Manager Team Lead in assisting with the underwriting of credit approval documents, annual reviews, spreading financial statements and completing other loan monitoring activities. You will be responsible for managing aspects of department reporting and data analytics, including developing or generating new or existing reports specifically for the department.
What You Will Do:
- Manages department loan data and provides reports for the department
- - STL Analysis Enhanced
- Assist Portfolio Manager with consistent, accurate analysis of Borrower and Guarantor Financial statements and Tenant Leases
- Assist Portfolio Managers with the timely completion of DSCR Tests and other loan monitoring as applicable
- Assist with maintaining Internal Tenant Risk Ratings by performing analysis on loan portfolio tenants including generating S&P Equivalent ratings
- Maintain Property Inspection Log and ordering Property Inspections as needed
- Responsible for sending New Loan Welcome Letter
- Responsible for any other duties/activities assigned by CRE Portfolio Manager Team Lead
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate field
- Good understanding of financial statement preparation and content
- Familiarity with the banking industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Working Conditions/Demands:
- Professional office setting.
- Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information as well as effectively utilize a remote support staff.
