Throughout this internship, you will beinvolved in partneringwith one of our largest retail business partners, The Home Depot.Thisinternshipopportunitywill allow you to grasp a fundamental understanding of our general business practices whilegaininginsight intocurrent and futureinternal opportunitieswithinsales, management, marketing,andoperations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class sales and customer service by engaging directly with consumers inTheHome Depot,showcasingin-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI product lines.

  • Support and execute strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.

  • Analyze sales performance and gather competitive insights to assess market potential and inform local sales strategies.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with store associates and management to drive collaboration and enhance business outcomes.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, retail staff, and TTI team members to ensure alignment and support brand standards.

  • Lead in-store product training and demonstrations to educate retail associates, store leadership, and customers on key product features and benefits.

  • Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through.

  • Effectively manage inventory levels through down-stocking,maintainingproduct accessibility, and ensure prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability andoptimalshelf presence.

  • Drivesales growth of Milwaukee®, Ryobi®, and other TTI brands by executing retail campaigns, product placements, and live demos.

  • Completion of assigned projects and professional developmental tasks, on time, to enhance business acumen, apply core business principles, and leverage provided resources in real-world retail scenarios

  • Partner with a TTI mentor to gain industry knowledge, receive career guidance, and explore future opportunities within the organization.

Note: Employee's duties and responsibilities are not limitedbythe above.Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary bythe employee'ssupervisor.In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills,processesand quality.

Job and Employment Requirements:

  • Currentlyenrolledand pursuinga related4-yeardegree,rising Juniors and Seniors are preferred.

  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.

  • Ability to work in a retail environmentfull-timeandstand for the duration of shiftwith the exception ofmealsand rest breaks.

  • Ability to worknights andweekends.

  • Capable oflifting and transporting heavyproducts (up to 50 lbs.) and requestingassistanceas needed.

  • Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product.

  • Capable of using hands to maneuver small objects, assembletoolsand build displays.

  • Musthave reliable transportation to and from your territoryand mayberequiredtotravel to neighboring territories

  • The applicantmust be MS Office proficient.

  • Applicantshould be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational and planning skills.

Compensation:

  • Salary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible) / Part Time Position

  • The pay for this position is $18/hour.

  • Company iPad

  • 401K (Company Matches 50% up to 8% of Employee’s Salary)

  • Accrue PTO at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
