We are seeking a support staff member in the Midland/Stratton area to work exclusively with one client in the community. Our client has Huntington's disease. We want to build a stable and caring team around the client to support all aspects of daily living.
Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 2:30pm, 1:00pm to 3:00pm (cleaning only), & 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
You will support the client in the home, in the community, and with ongoing support. We are aiming to minimise any support that is being offered by family members, to be completed by the new support team.
Work is available as a minimum of one shift a week to 15 hours a week. We will build the roster and team to meet your needs. We pay under the SCHADS Award, with an hourly rate negotiable on experience. You will be trained and supported in the role with the client.
Our leading home care provider is seeking new Support Workers to care for a female client, who is suffering from Huntington's disease and requires care on weekdays and weekends. We want to build a specific team to deliver this ongoing care and work in a larger team to support the client.

As a Support Worker, your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living and provide support services such as Domestic Assistance, Respite, and Personal Care at their homes. This is a community-based position - must hold a WA driver's licence and have a reliable car.
