
At Marymead CatholicCare, our CHOICES & Aged Care Services team is committed to empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives. We support people with disability, older persons, and young people with trauma backgrounds through flexible, person-centred services tailored to individual goals and aspirations. We are seeking compassionate, adaptable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team across part-time or casual opportunities.
As a CHOICES & Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within our Seniors In Networked Communities (SINC) program (CHSP). You will work with minimal supervision using Active Support, Recovery-Oriented Practice, and trauma-informed approaches to promote independence, wellbeing, skill development, and community inclusion.
Support may be delivered in individual homes and community environments.
Shift lengths may vary from 1–8 hours and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.
As part of the wider CHOICES & Aged Care Services team, you may also have opportunities to work in disability programs including in-home support, community, centre-based groups, and residential settings.
