岗位概述
负责矿山无人驾驶系统的仿真场景设计、开发与测试，涵盖后台调度系统仿真、无人驾驶车辆仿真、子系统仿真以及无人驾驶算法的仿真与测试，确保系统在虚拟环境中实现高效验证与迭代，降低现场测试风险并提升开发效率。
主要职责
o 构建整矿无人驾驶方案的仿真，支持多车辆、多场景协同测试。
o 定义矿山无人驾驶系统多层次仿真需求，并交付仿真方案
o 实现调度系统、任务分配、云端规划的路径规划/指令等后台逻辑的仿真验证。
o 开发与测试车辆动力学模型、支持单车及多车场景测试。
o 针对关键子系统（规划/控制/定位/地图/通信等）进行独立仿真与集成验证。
o 搭建算法仿真环境，验证规划/控制/定位/地图/通信等核心算法性能与鲁棒性。
o 基于矿山无人驾驶场景，设计典型工况与边界条件，生成测试场景库。
o 通过仿真数据分析，发现系统瓶颈并提出优化建议，支持迭代开发。
o 维护仿真工具链，支持自动化测试与持续集成，提升开发效率。
