Main Responsibilities
1. Implementation of Procurement Planning (Procurement Plan List/DRP) for strategic and high-value procurements.
2. Strengthening of commercial governance, including Owner Estimate (OE) preparation and negotiation oversight.
3. Implementation of structured tender stages in accordance with governance requirements prior to the determination of the winning bidder.
4. Effective control of risks related to delayed involvement of Corporate Procurement in high-value procurements
5. Availability of high-value procurement performance reporting to management.
6. Implementation of policies and procedures in procurement activities
7. Implementation of effective procurement strategies
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement Governance, with experience handling high-value and complex tenders, as well as a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role responsible for team leadership and governance processes.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Modeling & Owner Estimate (OE) Development, Data Analysis, and ERP/E-Procurement System development or implementation
