This is a strategic, revenue-generating role responsible for accelerating Silversea’s sales performance in Mexico. As the face of our ultra-luxury brand in the market, you will own and execute the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our presence across key trade partners.

We are seeking a highly driven, commercially focused professional to join our team as Account Manager – Silversea Mexico, based in Mexico City, with openness to candidates located in Monterrey.

What You Will Drive

Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy

  • Own a portfolio of high-value trade partners and maximize revenue, guest volume, and yield performance across all accounts.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies aligned with aggressive revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, unlock untapped segments, and expand distribution channels within the Mexican market.
  • Continuously analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to adjust strategies and outperform targets.

Account Development & Market Expansion

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders to influence sales behavior and drive preference for Silversea.
  • Proactively grow existing accounts while acquiring new high-potential partners.
  • Position Silversea as the preferred ultra-luxury cruise brand within the travel trade ecosystem.

Trade Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated trade marketing campaigns that generate demand and convert into bookings.
  • Manage agencies and partners to deliver high-performing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure timely and impactful communication of promotions, product news, and sales initiatives.

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs that equip partners with the tools to sell more effectively and increase close rates.
  • Create compelling sales narratives and value-based selling strategies to differentiate Silversea in the market.
  • Execute webinars, events, and immersive experiences that drive product knowledge and immediate sales uplift.

High-Impact Events & ROI Execution

  • Plan and deliver premium client experiences (ship visits, events, luxury showcases) with clear commercial objectives.
  • Ensure every activation translates into measurable ROI, pipeline growth, and closed sales.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Take ownership of sales metrics, KPIs, and budget performance, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Leverage data tools (including Power BI) to drive insights, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making.
  • Monitor promotions, incentives, and performance programs to optimize effectiveness and profitability.

What You Bring

  • +3 years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally within luxury, travel, or high-value industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Bilingual fluency: English & Spanish.
  • Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to a dynamic commercial environment.
  • Ownership mentality, sense of urgency, and passion for exceeding targets.

What team will I be a part of?

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, this role is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and commercial execution for the Silversea brand.
