Job Description

As a Warehouse Delivery Team Member, you’ll primarily be transporting merchandise between our Merchandise Warehouse located in Hollister, MO to the shops at Silver Dollar City, Showboat and White Water. You will drive or co-drive company vehicles to complete these deliveries, sometimes making multiple trips per shift.

This is a Year Round overnight position that runs from 7:00PM-3:30AM on average. The schedule changes with the park schedule.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Merchandise teams.

• Make accurate and timely deliveries, pick-ups and transfers as well as make special deliveries as requested.
• Maintain precise documentation of all merchandise handled to ensure correct deliveries and minimize excess handling.
• Ensure safe and accurate loading and unloading of trucks to reduce product loss and damage.
• Keep work area/equipment clean and neat, and promptly report mechanical problems.
• Provides to be dynamic host through working well with various hosts and leadership.
• Perform all job duties in a responsible and safe manner.
• Follow any other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be willing to obtain a Class E License or other state equivalent.
• Class E must be obtained within 30 days of hire date.

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., and occasional lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
• Must be able to push and pull an average weight of 250 lbs., and a maximum weight of 2000 lbs.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands to feel and complete repetitive motions, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, must have the ability to see and hear.
• Occasionally required to sit.
• The ability to work in extreme weather.
• The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions.
• Safely climb ladders, hills and stairs.
