Job Summary:

The Silver Dollar City Campground, located in Branson MO, is seeking housekeepers that can provide excellent guest service. By becoming a Housekeeping Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create a great first impression for our guests. Cleaning, changing linens, making beds and supplying fresh towels are just a few duties you will experience as a team member. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Campground team.

  • Make beds, change linens, and supply fresh towels.
  • Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee and condiment packets.
  • Move furniture as needed to clean and rearrange room.
  • Clean bathrooms including showers, sinks and toilets.
  • Clean kitchens including cleaning stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishes.
  • Vacuum, scrub, mop and polish floors.
  • Clean and dust walls, ceilings, fans, woodwork, decorations and furniture.
  • Wash windows inside and out, clean deck and BBQ grill.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies such as toilet tissue, soap and towels.
  • Replace and clean light bulbs and clean air conditioner filter.

  • Stand: Uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt and concrete.
  • Walk: Up/down steps, uneven and sloped surfaces, including to and from assigned employee parking and employees assigned work area. Distance should be no greater than .5 miles one way.
  • Lifting/Carrying/Pushing/Pulling: Up to 50 lbs.
  • Climb: Up and down stairs/ladders, uneven and sloped surfaces and be able to climb and descend on an employee shuttle bus.
  • Repetitive Motion: Bending, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shoveling, and driving.
  • Use fingers and hands to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Speak and hear clearly.
  • See: Near/far, depth perception, and color vision.
