We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Silo Engineer

What will you be doing as a Silo Engineer.

The purposes are to to ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of grain and oilseed storage and handling systems within Bunge Romania's silo, through technical expertise, proactive maintenance, and adherence to the highest quality and food safety standards, thereby directly contributing to Bunge's mission of connecting farmers to consumers by safeguarding the integrity and quality of essential raw materials for vegetable oils, feed, and biofuels production

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Clarification of Section objectives, definition of section tasks and planning of their achievement
• Organizing section-specific activities in cooperation with the engineer and shift supervisors.
• Leading and verifying all section activities (reception, storage, delivery, maintenance, investments, safety, security personnel), reporting directly to the Plant/Factory Manager.
• Directing the manufacturing section's activity, emphasizing its total independence.
• Ensuring the elaboration and administration of annual and monthly budgets, focusing on resource saving and cost monitoring.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• Relevant Experience
