Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage sales activities for air freight services to achieve business targets.
2. Identify potential customers, promote company services, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service terms with customers.
4. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate service solutions.
5. Collect and analyze market data and trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
6. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in air freight sales.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
4. Basic understanding of MK3L (HSE) practices is an advantage.
