Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage sales activities for air freight services to achieve business targets.
2. Reserving cargo space with airlines or flight agents
3. Identify potential customers, promote company services, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service terms with customers.
5. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate service solutions.
6. Collect and analyze market data and trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
7. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Air Transport, Logistics or any related major.
2. Fresh graduates or min. 1 year experience in freight forwarding company.
3. Good understanding of export and import processes, including basic procedures for domestic and international shipments by air.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, airlines, shipping lines, and internal teams.
5. Understand the implementation of MK3L and QHSE aspect.
