Job Description

Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the Company's cash flow (overall cash flow such as payments, money transfers, bank deposits, etc.).
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports also ensure the reports are accurate and submitted on time.
3. Analyze financial data to assist management in making strategic decisions, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial projections.

4. Check the accuracy of journal entries made by staff (AP, AR, Fixed Assets)

5. Set debt payment (AP) priorities so that relationships with vendors are maintained without disrupting company liquidity.

6. Ensure that tax calculations, deposits and reporting (such as PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2) and VAT) are carried out on time.

7. Monitor past due receivables (aging AR) to ensure smooth collection.


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or any related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experiences in tax administration

3. Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, VAT, etc).

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

6. Holding a Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.

7. Basic understanding of MK3L (Safety, Health, Environment, and Security) principles.
