
We are building Terafab, a vertically integrated semiconductor factory at an unprecedented scale. The facility houses logic, memory, packaging, test, and lithography mask production under one roof, optimized for rapid iteration and maximum compute density per square foot.
We are looking for a Silicon Program Manager to bring order and momentum to this work — owning the programs end to end, keeping design teams aligned on schedule and resources, and ensuring the vendors and tools that make silicon possible are ready when the design teams need them.
This is a high-visibility role at the center of Tesla and SpaceX's silicon roadmap. You will work directly with design leadership across both companies, drive accountability across every workstream, and be the connective tissue between internal design teams and the external IP and EDA vendor ecosystem that Terafab depends on.

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
