As a Silicon Firmware & Embedded Engineer, you will engage in the intricate process of writing software that powers and operates silicon chips. Your typical day will involve developing pre-silicon firmware and software that interfaces directly with hardware components. You will also integrate and develop C tests and APIs, manage the software build flow, and participate in design and code reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and validating product implementations, ensuring that the software meets the required specifications and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Expertise in sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Silicon and Embedded markets.
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Sales Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and trends.
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans and forecasts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in utilizing sales management software and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Account Sales Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
