Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Design and develop competency-based learning modules aligned with strategic business goals.

2. Partner with internal users to conduct TNA and bridge critical performance gaps.

3. Consult with Subject Matter Experts to transform technical knowledge into high-impact training.

4. Source and manage high-quality external vendors and academic partners for specialized programs.

5. Create and ensure the high-quality execution of engaging training sessions across physical and digital platforms.

6. Execute regular audits and updates to ensure all learning content remains cutting-edge.

7. Manage the Learning Management System to streamline tracking and enhance the user experience.

8. Measure program ROI and build leadership pipelines for high-potential talent.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or Business Administration.

2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an L&D or Corporate Training role.

3. Fluent in Business English (written and verbal). Must be capable of facilitating workshops and drafting global reports in English.

4. Proven ability to manage high-quality external vendors and negotiate high-value training contracts or SLAs.

5. Expert in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and measuring Training ROI.
