Main Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the Group Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with holding company strategy, long-term business objectives, and sustainable growth.
2. Establish group-wide digital principles, target operating models, and transformation priorities across subsidiaries.
3. Lead group-wide business process analysis, harmonization, and standardization across subsidiaries and shared services, while balancing standardization with necessary local flexibility.
4. Define, maintain, and govern Group Process Standards, policies, and documentation in line with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
5. Oversee integration between ERP and other enterprise systems including finance, operations, HR, logistics, and analytics.
6. Ensure digital initiatives drive operational excellence, financial transparency, and effective group-level reporting.
7. Lead change management programs to ensure adoption of group systems and standardized processes across subsidiaries.
8. Facilitate alignment, governance, and decision-making through structured communication and executive forums.
9. Ensure all digital initiatives comply with internal audit, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
10. Build, lead, and develop a Group Digital Transformation team while strengthening digital and process excellence capabilities across the holding and subsidiaries.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
2. Minimum 7 years of ERP experience in enterprise, group-level, or multi-entity environments, with deep understanding of ERP architecture, integration, and group reporting structures.
3. Proven experience leading enterprise or group-wide digital transformation initiatives within holding company or multi-subsidiary organizations.
4. Strong capability in business process analysis, standardization, shared services implementation, and enterprise process frameworks.
5. Solid understanding of data governance, master data management, enterprise controls, and group governance models.
6. Experience in logistics, shipping, port services, or other asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive and subsidiary leadership levels.
8. Ability to translate complex technical and process-related topics into clear and actionable business language.
9. Strategic, structured, and execution-oriented thinker with strong ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset.
10. Strong governance mindset, comfortable managing complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change.
