Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for a Signs Operations and Project Coordinator to help keep our commercial signage projects moving from quote through to completion. You’ll work closely with the Signs Operations Manager and wider team to coordinate jobs, keep project and operational admin on point, and make sure customers, subcontractors, and internal teams stay aligned.

This is a great role for someone who’s organised, proactive, and good with people. You’ll be trusted to keep multiple priorities moving, improve the way work gets done, and play a real part in delivering Good Work every day.

Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate commercial signage projects, including schedules, documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
  • Prepare and compile tender submissions, including pricing information, supporting documents, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project data, Bills of Materials, and operational records across company systems.
  • Support customers and accounts administration by resolving enquiries, invoice queries, credits, recharges, and account issues.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams across production, design, sales, accounts, and installation to keep projects on track.

  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in signage, tendering, or accounts administration is a bonus.
  • A proactive, safety-first approach, with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and a willingness to learn.
