Could you be the full-time onsite Installation Supervisor in Roma, Italy, we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the efficient preparation and monitoring of the Installation works as outlined in the Project Installation Management Plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Test & Commissioning, Health & Safety), managing and organizing the installation team/activities and/or subcontractors, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with the Project Installation Management Plan,

  • Ensuring that all installation activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards,

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align installation activities with overall project timelines,

  • Managing and organizing subcontractors to maintain high levels of productivity and quality

  • Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices,

  • Knowledge of railway signaling systems and their installation,

  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and compliance in an engineering environment,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders,

  • Proven ability to plan and schedule complex activities

  • Availability to work on field for major part of the work-time (90%).
