Could you be the Signaling Control Center - ICC Project Leader in São Paulo we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless monitoring and control of signal systems, train movements, power management, and security services through the Integrated Control Center (ICC) System. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (System team, ATS Specification project team, ATS tools team), perform data preparation, and contribute to system integration and validation, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining, producing, and validating ICC application data and parameters to customize systems and subsystems, but also support defect analysis to identify and resolve issues.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring configuration management for project data

  • Performing integration between products, modules, interfaces, and data, including HMI

  • Defining test documents such as Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Integration Test Descriptions (ITD), and Test Reports (ITR)

  • Collaborating with Verification & Validation (V&V) teams and providing integration data

  • Supporting defect analysis and proposing corrective solutions

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or equivalent)

  • Experience or understanding of ATS, SCADA, or Security Systems

  • Knowledge of configuration management and data preparation processes

  • Familiarity with requirement management and change request processes

  • Strong defect analysis skills and the ability to propose corrective solutions

  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and rigor

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects that make a real difference

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development through award-winning learning programs

  • Progress towards roles such as ICC Design Leader or other senior engineering positions

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
