Key Responsibilities: • Review Building Name Signage applications • Review Project Branding Signage applications • Assess Marketing and Advertising Signage proposals • Review Hoardings, Banners, Building Wraps, Flags, and Wayfinding Systems • Evaluate signage designs for compatibility with development character and urban design objectives • Process Building Signage and Marketing Signage NOCs • Prepare technical review comments and approval conditions • Ensure applications comply with signage policies, authority requirements, and approved development controls • Manage renewal, amendment, and revalidation applications • Verify compliance with approved project naming and branding requirements • Coordinate with branding, marketing, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities • Provide technical guidance on signage standards and submission requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Branding , or a related discipline • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience • Experience in signage review, design review, development control, branding, urban design, or related fields • Strong understanding of signage standards, branding requirements, and development controls • Experience coordinating with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities • Strong technical review, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills
