We are looking for someone to join our small but chill team.

Monday - Friday - 8:30 to 5:00

The best way to describe the atmosphere is like working in a restaurant with a The Office vibe.
The main objective of the position is to manage custom sign orders for clients, mostly B2B (business to business).

This is accomplished through the use of emails and phone calls to determine clients needs.

There is a strong element of graphic design, including creating art files and using client provided art.

The more formal position responsibilities are:

• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Coordinate with the design, and production team to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied
• Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
• Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate
• Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files
