Sign Production Technician – Large Format Printing & Finishing

What You’ll Do


In this role, you’ll help bring signs to life using large-format printers, CNC equipment, laminators, and other finishing tools. You’ll follow detailed work orders, produce high-quality visual products, and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and a Colex CNC cutter
• Prepare substrates (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting) for print or vinyl application
• Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision on a variety of materials
• Perform finishing tasks: mounting, trimming, packaging, etc.
• Review work orders for accuracy and quality at each step
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
• Keep the production area organized and clean

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production, large-format printing, or similar preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable with power tools and production equipment
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
• Positive attitude and a strong team player

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
