No experience? No problem. We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who is ready to dive in and learn the trade from the ground up. If you are a creative problem-solver who thrives in a team environment and loves seeing a project through from start to finish, we want to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Production Specialist, you will manage all aspects of physical sign production in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Production & Assembly Prepare substrates and apply digitally printed graphics or cut vinyl using techniques like weeding, laminating, and mounting.
• Equipment Operation Operate and maintain printers and other machinery, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Operations Support Manage inventory levels, handle raw materials, maintain a clean workspace, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Quality & Installation Ensure high standards through pre- and post-production quality checks and perform on-site installations as needed.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Growth Mindset: Highly motivated to learn new skills and progress within the sign industry; no prior experience required—we will train the right person.
• Strong Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and work effectively within a team.
• Aptitude for Precision: Comfortable with basic math (adding, subtracting, and working with fractions/decimals) and has a keen eye for detail.
• Physical Readiness: Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for production and installations.
• Reliability & Education: High school diploma or GED required; must have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
  
  

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
