As a production specialist and installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary (yes-we love to use the bucket truck!). In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations.
We are a fast-growing visual communications company that seeks a sign installer with experience in installation and production. Are you a problem-solver who can think on your feet? Do you like working with your hands and putting things together?

The successful candidate:

• Self-starter, disciplined - safety-oriented.
• Works with management and support teams to satisfy customers and installs projects in line with the company’s vision and values.
• Responsible for final stages of signage projects.
• Must be customer-focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills.
• Has a Can Do attitude that enjoys the details of projects.

The successful candidate has:

• Sign Installer 3+ years experience
• Sign Production 3+ years experience

We look for a talented person who can perform these duties:

• Sign production
• Sign installation, interior, and exterior
• Sign design as needed
• Consult/interface with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
• Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques as the company grows
• Has experience or willing to learn to use a bucket truck/aerial lift.

Compensation: $36,000-$41,000
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
