Production & Installation Specialist – Signs & Graphics
FASTSIGNS | Fresno CA
Full-Time | In-Store + On-Site Installations | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

About FASTSIGNS:
FASTSIGNS is a nationwide leader in custom signs and visual graphics. At our Fresno CA location, we help businesses communicate their brand through impactful signage. We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Production & Installation Specialist to join our team and help bring our clients’ visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate printers, laminators, cutters, and other equipment to produce signs
  
  
• Assemble, finish, and prepare signs for delivery or installation
  
  
• Perform on-site sign installations (wall, window, vehicle, monument, etc.)
  
  
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized production space
  
  
• Follow work orders, quality standards, and safety protocols
  
  
• Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients during installs
  
  
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in sign production, general construction, or a related field
  
  
• Basic knowledge of tools, measuring, installation hardware, and ladders/lifts
  
  
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts when required
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship a must
  
  
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Wide-format printing or vinyl wrapping experience
  
  
• CNC routing, electrical, or fabrication experience
  
  
• Forklift or boom lift certification

Compensation: $39,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year
