Colorado Shines PDIS Levels 3-6 Eligible for Sign-on-Bonus
PDIS Level 3 -$1000
PDIS Level 4 - $1250
PDIS Level 5 and 6 - $1500
(Bonus paid after 60 days of employment; bonus amount is subject to state and federal taxes)
Classroom Teachers are one of the two dedicated teachers in a classroom. They are responsible for classroom management, maintaining quality assurance standards, educational standards, tracking progress and development, engaging with families and planning curriculum.

Qualifications: Must qualify for an Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 – Level 2 or above. Ability to work full time.

Salary: $18.27 - $21.82 depending on Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 qualification

*These benefits are available after completing your probationary period of 480 working hours, approximately 90 calendar days.
