What will you do if join us?

  • Gain deep product insights from perspective of technique, business and market
  • Develop clear product strategy of Electrical Products portfolio from perspective of product, price, placement and promotion
  • Drive and support internal/external customers to achieve responsible product success in China market
  • Extract product strategy intelligence and report to China management and Head Quarter
  • To collect, analyze and formulate product requirements and professionally communicate with product owners and R&D for product new portfolio or optimization of existing products
  • To dig out product selling points, create winning guide to proactively do product promotion
  • Support and even lead a team to be a professional region strategic product management

Who are we looking for?

  • An above-average Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent. Major in Power Electronics, Power Energy, Electrical Energy, Circuit Theory, Principles of Circuits, ​Low Voltage Distribution related electrical engineering and power systems engineering.
  • Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained either through studying, working or living
  • Flexibility and mobility especially within the program duration
  • Fluent in both of Chinese and English

Other Requirements

  • Electrical Design: Solid foundation in electrical design principles, including circuit design, component selection, schematic development and design validation for power electronics products.
  • Programming & Communication Management: Proficiency in software programming and communication protocols relevant to power electronics systems; ability to manage cross-functional technical communication between engineering and product teams.
  • Power Electronics Testing & Verification: Hands-on experience in testing and verifying power electronics hardware and systems, including test planning, execution, data recording and result interpretation.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, coordinate and track multi-stakeholder projects, manage timelines and resources, and communicate progress effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Competence in collecting, processing and interpreting data to generate actionable product and market insights; familiarity with analytical tools and visualization methods.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Capability to systematically gather and analyze competitor information, identify market trends and translate insights into strategic product recommendations.
  • Product Planning: Ability to define product roadmaps, formulate go-to-market strategies and align cross-functional teams around product portfolio priorities and business objectives.
