Qualifications
• The Candidate should also work towards improving BMS efficiency towards building operations to enhance sustainability quotient and reduce financial impact of operations and would be SME for all BMS related issues
• 10+ years of experience in building automation systems management
• Working knowledge of Mechanical Building Systems
• Proficiency in BMS software platforms by various system hardware /software integrators (e.g., Siemens Desigo CC, Trane Ensemble, Niagra N4)
• Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and controls related to Critical Systems & HVAC
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Team relationship skills and leadership abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience: 5 years required

Responsibilities
• BAS Technician is responsible for managing the entire gamut of BMS related actions across responsible Buildings/sites that are installed with an Automation System
• The candidate will be responsible for reviewing the current health status of building and assess operation and maintenance practice followed by the team and provide inputs to ensure correct system operational use
• The candidate should also suggest changes if required for ease of operations and maintenance
• The candidate would study various BMS design architecture and provide strategic inputs to ensure better BMS design for future upgrades at same site/upcoming sites
