Job Description

As part of the strategic development of the Asset Management business line of the Bank, we are creating a new SICAV Product position based in Luxembourg.

Job Purpose:

This role is designed to strengthen the day-to-day governance and development of our Asset Management activities and support the future expansion of the existing SICAV platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in both the administrative life of the SICAV and the active development of the business, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Fund’s Board of Directors
  • Act as the link between the Bank and key fund stakeholders (Management company, central administrator, portfolio manager, lawyers)
  • Ensure a smooth coordination across external partners
  • Assist in the daily operational life of the SICAV (governance, reporting, processes, documentation)
  • Work with stakeholders to optimize processes, operations and communication
  • Ensure expectations of internal and external stakeholders are met
  • Handle requests and queries from internal partners and external parties
  • Help and coordinate, where appropriate, for an efficient resolution of issues
  • Contribute actively to the development and expansion of the existing SICAV platform
  • Assist the Head of Department in business development projects and initiatives
  • Track regulatory changes impacting UCITS governance

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, business management or related Studies
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in Asset Management, Banking or Big4
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg investment fund environment
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment
  • Excellent English level, verbal and written communications skills
  • Chinese and French are a plus but not mandatory
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
