As a Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) Intern, you will support the Sales Incentive team in achieving organizational goals through data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and administration of incentive compensation programs. You will work with large datasets, generate insights, maintain incentive recipient information, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that support business decision-making.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of activities throughout the year and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning agility skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, able to quickly learn new tools and systems, and capable of delivering accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing the end‑to‑end planning, validation, calculation, and payment of sales incentive compensation for assigned recipients,

  • Developing PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices or to provide updates,

  • Completing data analyses with excel or other analysis tools,

  • Participating in financial analyses, performance assessments of the sales organization,

  • Supporting the continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening sales incentive compensation processes, tools, automation, and data quality,

  • Monitoring process performance and proposing enhancements to improve effectiveness and stakeholders experience,

  • Maintaining various SIC reports and dashboards,

  • Participating in special projects as and when assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active university student or a recent graduate in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Management

  • Fluent in English,

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications,

  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines,

  • Comfortable working in matrixed organizations, partnering with Commercial, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
