职位描述
功率模块/SiC代工质量管理： 1. 负责代工厂功率模块/SIC产品量产阶段的质量目标定义及管理，并对FTQ及量产质量目标进行定期监控及复盘，针对偏差及风险项拉动代工质量团队推进改善； 2. 负责代工厂质量问题的分析、判责及批准闭环，提升代工厂质量问题解决管理（问题解决时效/代工FAE能力等）； 3. 负责质量风险与问题管理，对不合格品进行责任判定、跟踪、组织评审及不合格品处置； 4. 负责量产阶段历史Lessons Learn 梳理及落地状态跟踪，组织代工厂团队等跨部门，完成历史Lessons Learn 梳理并定期在各个阶段确认Lesson Learn的导入状态及措施有效性； 5. 负责制定量产阶段质量预防策略及工作计划，包括设备质量稳定性（Cmk /Cgk等）进行验证确认，确保设备质量状态稳定；同时，组织代工质量团队开展例如防错&Mapping 验证，用户特性识别及防火墙等预防类专项，提前规避量产质量问题发生； 6. 建立质量问题会议机制及跨部门协作，快速推进问题分析闭环管理，提升现场质量； 7. 建立跨部门协作机制，提升沟通效率，针对需要跨部门协作事项进行快速响应；
