Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Industrial Trade Marketers to achieve business objectives and market growth targets.
- Establish clear performance goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
- Conduct regular field coaching, performance reviews, and capability-building sessions.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative culture.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and resource allocation.
Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute industrial trade marketing plans aligned with SIBG growth objectives & Trade driven KPIs
- Drive market penetration initiatives across key industrial segments and customer groups.
- Implement product launch programs, promotional campaigns, and market activation activities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify market opportunities and address competitive challenges.
- Ensure consistent execution of trade marketing standards and brand guidelines across all territories.
Channel & Customer Development
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, industrial partners, and key accounts.
- Design and execute channel engagement programs that improve partner productivity and loyalty.
- Support strategic customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share and cross-sell SIBG products.
Business Planning & Analytics
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular business reviews, market intelligence reports, and performance dashboards.
- Recommend corrective actions and business improvement plans based on market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Training, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to execute business plans.
- Facilitate communication between field teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between product positioning, customer needs, and field execution.
Operational Excellence
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution excellence, reporting accuracy, and market coverage.
