What You’ll Do

As a Shuttle Driver / Bell Services Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and memorable first impression for our guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures
  • Providing valet parking and shuttle transportation services
  • Sharing information about resort amenities and local attractions
  • Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Maintaining a clean and organized lobby and bell stand area
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Following all safety and security procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage
  • Knowledge of the local area is a plus
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
