The Shuttle Driver is responsible for operating our shuttle service, facilitating convenient transportation for our residents. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents during their commutes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the shuttle bus, adhering to predetermined routes and schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness of the shuttles.
- Collaborate with other departments to support community events and activities requiring transportation services.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of the passengers and others on the road.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and passenger safety.
- Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a welcoming environment.
- Communicate with residents in a clear and courteous manner, addressing their questions and concerns.

Requirements:
- Class B CDL with P endorsement
- Ability to get on and off the shuttle
- Ability to upkeep the cleanliness of the shuttle
- Good customer service skills to deal with a diverse range of students
