THE FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON GREENSBORO AIRPORT, GREENSBORO, NC IS SEEKING A PART-TIME SHUTTLE DRIVER/HOTEL HOUSEPERSON- PM SHIFT

The Shuttle Driver/Houseperson plays a key dual-role in delivering a seamless guest experience. This position supports the hotel by providing safe, friendly transportation services and maintaining clean, welcoming public spaces throughout the property. Ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in presentation standards, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Transportation (Shuttle Driver)

  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations.
  • Provide warm, professional guest service, including assisting with luggage.
  • Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and daily inspection logs.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding pick-ups, drop-offs, and guest needs.
  • Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and brand safety standards.

Public Area & Housekeeping Support (Houseperson)

  • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entry areas.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and ensure all high-touch surfaces meet brand standards.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; deliver clean linens to room attendants.
  • Restock housekeeping closets and assist with room-attendant support tasks as needed (e.g., stripping rooms, delivering supplies).
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for items such as towels, pillows, cribs, or amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, guest-focused hotel setting.
  • Indoor and outdoor work required.
  • Frequent interaction with guests, front desk, and housekeeping teams.

Additional Notes

  • This role supports overall hotel operations; responsibilities may shift based on business needs.
  • Training provided in accordance with Marriott brand standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Previous housekeeping or driving experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • THIS IS A EVENING POSITION BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4PM AND 2AM.
  • THIS POSITION OPERATES ON A SCHEDULE OF FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
