Job Description

The Shuttle Bus Driver assists and transports customers and employees to and from designated pick up and drop off points during hours of operation and other employee and non-employee functions with the use of Resort transportation equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Provides excellent customer service to customers, employees and business partners.
• Drive passenger carrying vehicle equipped with bike racks.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment; Safely and efficiently refuel the bus as needed.
• Assist passengers on and off shuttle bus.
• Effectively answer questions regarding the resort and association activities, programs and services.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection including checking fluid levels, tire pressure and overall vehicle condition; document results and communicate condition of vehicle with vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of bus interior and exterior.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be highly organized, energetic, positive attitude, and the ability to get the job done.
• Capable of maintaining a positive & professional attitude among your team.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly responsible and reliable.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience driving shuttle buses or 15 passenger vans preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Requires possession of a valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets the standards required by Tamarack Food & Beverage

• CPR/1st Aid Certified
• Current Commercial Drivers License CDL
