To create an atmosphere throughout the resort of engaging hospitality and abilities to transport guests to their desired location in a timely and safe manner.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that all guests are treated with maximum courtesy and are served expeditiously and safely to the desire location within the Resort.
• Maintain continuous liaison with management and the Ideal Services department to guarantee that guests are receiving quality services that exceed their expectations.
• Be alert to potential problems and malfunctions of hospitality services and make on-the-spot corrections.
• Able to speak clearly and concisely via two –way radio system.
• Be involved in resolution of as many guests' complaints as possible.
• Always providing excellent guest service with proper verbiage and guest interaction consistently.
• Safe and courteous driving abilities of large vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness/maintenance of resort vehicles –ensuring management is aware of any maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Tools and Equipment:

• Van Operation
• Radio/Walkie Talkie

Working Environment:

• Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.
• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Able to sit, drive for a minimum of seven hours duration.
• Must have a valid clean drivers license.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
