The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Shuttle Dispatch is responsible for dispatching resort shuttles and transporters to various pick-up locations.

This is a part time position on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited.

• Monitor shuttle routes for guest satisfaction.
• Operate and communicate effectively using a 2-way radio system.
• Monitor transportation radio traffic.
• Keep a computer log of all calls.
• Possess strong ability to multitask.
• Ability to pick up/fill vacant shuttle driver shifts if need.
• Strong phone operating skill
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
