Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Shuttle Attendant to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Shuttle Attendant will provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting passengers as they board and exit the shuttle bus. Manage staff queues, communicate with drivers via radio, and help maintain safe and organized parking and designated waiting areas. Provide directions, including walking routes to JPMC, assist with locating staff vehicles, and ensure passenger safety and comfort during transit. Monitor passenger behavior, assist with belongings as needed, support boarding and emergency procedures, maintain bus cleanliness, and promptly report incidents, emergencies, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.

  • Greet and assist passengers as they board and exit the shuttle bus
  • Queue staff in line
  • Communicate with the driver as needed via radio
  • Understand emergency responses and make decisions in emergency situations
  • Help with finding staff vehicles
  • Control staff parking
  • Assist with staff staying in designated areas
  • Communicate walking path with staff if they want to walk to JPMC
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit
  • Provide information and directions as needed
  • Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with luggage or belongings as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior
  • Support the driver with boarding procedures and emergency protocols
  • Report incidents or maintenance needs to the supervisor
  • Must be at least 18 years old age.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must present well
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to understand English/Spanish (no mandatory)
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Physically able to assist passengers and handle luggage
  • Dependable, punctual, and attentive to safety protocols
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or transportation role preferredndards
  • • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
