Wir suchen für die Bezirksschule Bremgarten (Kt. AG: Progymnasiale Stufe) eine Lehrperson für Schulische Heilpädagogik. Sie begleiten Schüler:innen mit diagnostizierten Bedürfnissen (ADS, ADHS, ASS, ...) mit Coaching-Lektionen. Es geht darum, den Schüler:innen die Integration in den Schulalltag fachlich und organisatorisch zu erleichtern. Wichtig ist auch die Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonen und Fachstellen. Bei Schulischen Standortgesprächen sind die Eltern involviert. Wir schätzen Ihre Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Sozialkompetenz.
Ausgebildet oder in Ausbildung (SHP).

The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
