Role: Paid Internship – Showroom / Sales & Office Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA (California Market Center)

BESTSELLER USA is continuing its expansion in the US market, and we are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and fashion-driven intern to support our LA showroom and sales team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across wholesale fashion sales, showroom operations, merchandising, and office management within a fast-growing global fashion company.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in fashion wholesale, sales, merchandising, or brand operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support daily showroom operations and maintain presentation standards
  • Assist sales team during market appointments and buyer meetings
  • Prepare samples, line sheets, merchandising racks, and collections for market
  • Coordinate showroom organization, inventory, and sample management
  • Help with shipping, receiving, unpacking, and tracking samples
  • Assist with order entry, account follow-up, and sales support tasks
  • Manage office supplies, meeting setup, and general administrative support
  • Support team with market preparation and event coordination
  • Help maintain calendars, schedules, and internal communication
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple brands and departments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Interest in fashion, wholesale, sales, or merchandising
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and stay proactive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Previous retail, showroom, or internship experience is a plus
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office
