Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Showroom Merchandising Specialist to join our team that executes and manages our F/T/W (fabric, trim, wallcovering) merchandising operations across all corporate showrooms in the US and Canada. In this role, full ownership of high-impact merchandising projects, end-to-end collection rollouts and the visual strategy for our wallcovering line will be priorities. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, corporate merchandising direction will translate into seamless showroom execution. Using performance data, consistent analysis will be required to optimize floor presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Project Management & Execution

· Project Ownership: Independently execute complex merchandising projects

· Wallcovering Category Focus: Act as the dedicated specialist for the wallcovering line, including: collection launches, showroom allocations, managing display rotations and micro-merchandising strategies

· Layout & Launch Planning: Participate in rotation plans for new collection launches, oversee bay takedown schedules, and maintain visual consistency across all physical showrooms.

· Showroom Maintenance: Co-manage the ongoing maintenance of all merchandising needs across the corporate showrooms.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Analytics

· Data Analysis & Optimization: Review reports to draw actionable conclusions, directly adjusting and micro-merchandising accordingly.

· Department Partnering: Coordinate directly with multiple departments to manage new product sampling. Monitor collection shipments along with marketing materials and oversee installation details for all corporate showrooms.

· Operational Administration: Maintain and streamline shared drive resources, documentation, and communication systems used by corporate showroom teams

Requirements

Position Scope & Work Environment

· Location: Full-time based in Woodbury, NY.

· Schedule: Hybrid model (3 days in office / 2 days remote) following training.

· Travel: Travel required as needed to execute re-merchandising launches and collection setups across corporate showrooms in the US and Canada. Occasional weekend availability linked to travel schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience: 3–5 years of professional merchandising, product coordination, or showroom operations experience within textiles, wallcoverings, interior design, or luxury home furnishings.

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with textiles, fabrics, preferably in interiors.

· Analytical Capability: Proven experience analyzing product reports and merchandising data to guide spatial and inventory decisions.

· Self-Directed Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-step logistics, tight launch schedules, and administrative workflows independently with minimal supervision.

· Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and inventory or project tracking software.

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally and work flexible hours during key rollout periods.
