The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the showroom team. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the showroom's overall performance; set sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer services.
• Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
• Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times.

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E AL (all three subjects)
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management or Professional
• Qualification in SLIM / CIM or Marketing -related qualification from a reputed Institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the same industry or in related industries such as Hardware
• A dynamic and results - oriented individual.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen
• Below 40 years of age.
