As General Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the showroom’s financial performance and will work with the company’s Sales Leadership to set and influence the short and long-term strategic direction for the showroom territory. As leader of the showroom you will develop, coach and lead a sales team to achieve or exceed company goals for sales and profitability; all while ensuring growth within the market and a superior service experience for clients.
Success in this role requires a blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a client-first mindset that reflects the Waterworks brand.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about managing a team, building a brand, and growing market share. Must be fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
This is an onsite role that must be available for some Saturday hours.

Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office. Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred. Ability to travel locally or out of state.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, pull/push, climb and balance, and to be elevated up to 20 feet in the air on harnessed equipment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 110 pounds with assistance from one other Associate and use of proper technique. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
