Job Description

The Ensuite by Emco Saskatoon

Luxury Kitchen & Bath | Full-Time

Help build something exceptional.

The Ensuite by Emco Saskatoon is growing — and we’re building more than just a new showroom. We’re creating a premium destination for luxury kitchen and bath design in Saskatoon, supported by a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to elevate both the customer experience and the way we work.

We’re looking for a Showroom Consultant who is polished, motivated, and excited to be part of something being re-built from the ground up.

You don’t need industry experience. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and desire to grow. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, interior design, fashion, customer service, or sales — and you love beautiful spaces and premium experiences — you’ll feel at home here.

Why Join The Ensuite

This is not a traditional retail role. This is a career opportunity inside a design-forward, relationship-driven luxury environment.

You’ll work in a stunning showroom, collaborate with homeowners, designers, and builders, and help guide high-end projects from inspiration to completion. You’ll also be part of a team shaping the future of our brand as we expand into our new flagship space.

We invest heavily in training, mentorship, and long-term career development.

About The Ensuite by Emco

The Ensuite is the luxury kitchen and bath division of EMCO Corporation — one of Canada’s most established and respected companies in the building industry, with over 115 years of excellence.

Our Saskatoon location is entering an exciting new chapter with a brand-new facility and expanded showroom, built to serve designers, builders, and homeowners who value quality, service, and elevated design. We’re assembling a team that reflects those same standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver an elevated, luxury-level customer experience
  • Guide clients through product selections for kitchens, bathrooms, and custom spaces
  • Build strong relationships with designers, builders, and discerning homeowners
  • Create quotes, manage orders, and oversee projects from start to finish
  • Stay organized while managing multiple client timelines
  • Develop deep product knowledge (with full training and support)
  • Contribute to the presentation and standards of a high-end showroom
  • Take pride in your work and ownership of your client experience

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Is:

  • Polished, professional, and confident with clients
  • Naturally organized and detail-oriented
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
  • Passionate about design, beautiful spaces, and premium brands
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • A strong communicator who values relationships

Experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, design, or sales is a strong asset.

Plumbing or showroom experience is welcome but not required. We train the right person.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + profit sharing
  • Excellent benefits and pension with employer contributions
  • Ongoing training and mentorship
  • Real career growth opportunities within Emco
  • A positive, supportive, high-performance team culture
  • Work-life balance and flexibility
  • The opportunity to help shape a growing luxury brand in Saskatoon

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; plumbing, kitchen or bathroom showroom sales preferred

  • Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the Showroom, able to suggest appropriate product to suit customers’ needs and promote the value-added services
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends

  • Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
